Te’Nia graduated from Indiana University Indianapolis in May of 2020 with a Bachelor’s degree in Health Service Administration. During her time at IU Indy she interned at Cancer Support Community which developed her passion for non-profit organizations and being able to directly help communities of people who were in need. After graduation, she worked as an Operations Coordinator, HR Manager, and Chief of Staff which cultivated her strengths in payroll management, process implementation, HRIS administration, training, and operations management.
