Ondrea Robinson is the co-owner and CEO of Family Community Connections, which is a community based mental health agency based in Indianapolis. In addition to her entrepreneurial leadership, she worked as career development coordinator for a domestic violence agency in Pittsburgh to assist survivors of intimate partner violence to obtain financial stability by obtaining a college degree. Not only has she also served as the featured speaker at numerous social service organizations and nonprofit organizations, but she is a trusted strategic advisor and executive coach for small business owners and emerging leaders. Ondrea holds a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Educations from Carlow College in Pittsburgh as well as a Master of Arts from Anderson University in Missions/Urban Studies.
